Google Analytics is enabled only after you consent. Visits to the administrative panel are excluded from analytics.

Who is responsible for the data

David Cheishvili, author of Nauka Prosto, is responsible for the processing of personal information. Privacy enquiries can be sent to info@naukaprosto.com or to the mailing address: Nauka Prosto, Suite 326, 3551 St. Charles Blvd, Kirkland, QC H9H 3C4, Canada.

Analytics and cookies

Analytics helps us understand overall traffic, referral sources, article popularity and device types. This information is used to develop the journal and improve publications.

Google Analytics may use cookies and process technical information about a visit. We do not send the text you enter to analytics and do not use analytics for personalised advertising.

Contact form

If you submit the contact form, we store the name, email address, topic and message you provide, together with the title of a related article where applicable. This information is used only to review and respond to your message and is not sent to Google Analytics.

Email newsletter

If you subscribe to Science, week by week, your email address is sent to Kit so it can deliver the confirmation message, maintain the subscriber list and send newsletter issues. The subscription becomes active only after you follow the confirmation link. Every issue contains an unsubscribe link.

Kit may process technical information about delivery, opens and clicks to operate the newsletter and assess its quality. We do not sell subscriber addresses or use them for personalised advertising.

Payments and project support

If you support the project, payment is completed on Stripe’s secure page. Stripe may process your name, email address, payment and technical information under its privacy policy. Nauka Prosto does not receive or store full card details.

Retention and international processing

Contact messages are retained as long as needed to respond and maintain related correspondence and may then be deleted. Subscription data is retained until you unsubscribe or the list is deleted. Analytics, newsletter and payment data are processed using Google, Kit and Stripe services and may be processed outside Canada under the relevant provider’s terms.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information submitted through the contact form or newsletter by writing to info@naukaprosto.com. We may need to verify the requester’s identity to protect the information.
